Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Quiz collects, why, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Quiz and the Site operated by Excelstra LLC, located at 6340 Sugarloaf Parkway, Suite 200, Duluth, GA 30097.

1. Information You Provide

When you use the Quiz, you may give us:

• Identity and contact details: your first name and email address.
• Self-reported financial inputs: your estimated household income, whether you own a business and its estimated annual sales, estimated values for real estate, investments, cash, life insurance, vehicles, and other assets, whether and roughly when you anticipate a business exit or sale, and qualitative selections about what standing still costs you.

You choose what to enter, and you may enter rounded estimates. The Quiz does not ask for, and you should not enter, account numbers, Social Security numbers, login credentials, or payment card numbers.

2. Information Collected Automatically

We and our analytics and advertising providers may automatically collect limited technical and usage data, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 7.

3. How We Use Information

• To calculate and display your Results.
• To send your Results and related messages to the email you provide.
• To contact you about Excelstra's programs and services, from which you may unsubscribe.
• To operate, secure, measure, and improve the Quiz and the Site.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your data to third parties for their own marketing.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, such as our CRM, email platform, hosting, and analytics providers.
• Legal and safety recipients, where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
• A successor, in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. The Financial Information You Enter

The figures you enter are estimates you provide voluntarily for an illustrative calculation. We use them to generate your Results and to understand fit for Excelstra's services. We treat them with care, but the Quiz is not a secure financial account system, and you should not enter sensitive account identifiers. Submitting figures through the Quiz does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship, as stated in Part One, Section 4.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide and follow up on your Results, to maintain our relationship with you, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion as described in Section 8.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Quiz, measure performance, and understand engagement. We may use analytics and advertising partners, which may include Google Analytics, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and a session-analytics tool, to measure conversions and to show you relevant content about Excelstra after you visit, a practice known as retargeting. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising through your device or the partners' tools.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, which we do not do. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of other states or countries may have comparable rights. To exercise any right, email us at [email protected]. We will respond as required by law.

9. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Quiz is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Marketing Communications

By submitting your email, you agree to receive your Results and related messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us. We follow applicable email laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act.

12. International Users

The Quiz is operated from the United States and is intended for U.S. users. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy and will post the revised effective date here. Material changes will be indicated as required by law.

The Excelstra Wealth Value Quiz is an educational tool only. The numbers it shows are hypothetical illustrations generated from general assumptions and from figures you enter yourself. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, not a recommendation, and not a promise or guarantee of any result, saving, or return. Your actual outcome may be different, and may be zero. Do not act on anything the Quiz shows without consulting your own licensed advisors. By using the Quiz you accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy below.

These policies govern your access to and use of the Excelstra Wealth Value Quiz (the "Quiz"), an online self-assessment tool made available by Excelstra LLC ("Excelstra," "we," "us," or "our") at excelstra.com and related Excelstra pages (together, the "Site"). The Quiz lets you enter information about your finances and receive an illustrative, directional estimate of value Excelstra may be able to demonstrate. Part One sets the Terms and Conditions for using the Quiz. Part Two is the Privacy Policy describing the information we collect and how we treat it. By using the Quiz, you agree to both.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, using, or submitting any information through the Quiz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the Privacy Policy in Part Two. If you do not agree, do not use the Quiz.

2. Eligibility

The Quiz is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use it. The Quiz is directed to users in the United States.

3. What the Quiz Is, and What It Is Not

The Quiz is an educational and informational tool only. It produces general, hypothetical, illustrative estimates (the "Results") by applying fixed, generalized assumption ranges to the figures you choose to enter. The Results are not, and must not be relied upon as, any of the following:

• financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, insurance, or other professional advice,
• a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or financial product,
• an audit, valuation, appraisal, financial plan, or tax opinion,
• a promise, projection, or guarantee of any specific outcome, saving, return, or result.

The Quiz does not consider your full financial circumstances and is not tailored to you. You should consult your own qualified, licensed advisors before acting on anything the Quiz presents.

4. No Advisory Relationship, No Fiduciary Duty

Using the Quiz does not create any advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, accountant-client, attorney-client, or other professional or confidential relationship between you and Excelstra or any of its members, employees, contractors, or partners. Any engagement of Excelstra's services is separate, and is governed solely by a written agreement signed by both parties.

5. Hypothetical Illustrations and Forward-Looking Statements

The Results are hypothetical illustrations only. They are derived from assumption ranges and from representative outcomes Excelstra has observed in some client engagements, which may differ materially from your situation. Any figure describing value Excelstra "may demonstrate," what is "left on the table" or "recoverable," any multi-year figure, and any sale or exit figure, is forward-looking and inherently uncertain. These figures are not commitments. Actual results depend on facts specific to you, on third parties, on market and tax conditions, and on factors outside Excelstra's control, and may be lower, including zero. Past or typical outcomes do not predict your outcome.

6. Your Inputs

The Results depend entirely on the unverified figures and selections you enter, which you acknowledge are your own estimates. Excelstra does not verify, audit, or independently confirm any input. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for any decision you make. Excelstra is not responsible for Results that are inaccurate because your inputs were estimated, incomplete, or incorrect.

7. As Is, and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Quiz, the Site, and the Results are provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults, and without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excelstra disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Quiz will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any Result is accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excelstra and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost savings, lost data, lost opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Quiz, the Site, the Results, or any decision you make, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Excelstra's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Quiz will not exceed the greater of the amount you actually paid Excelstra to use the Quiz, which for a free quiz is zero, or one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, Excelstra's liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

9. Assumption of Risk and Release

You use the Quiz voluntarily and at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any decision you make in connection with it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Excelstra and the parties listed in Section 8 from any claim arising out of your use of the Quiz or your reliance on any Result.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Excelstra and the parties listed in Section 8 from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Quiz, your inputs, your reliance on any Result, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Intellectual Property

The Quiz, the Site, and all related content, including the Wealth Freedom Formula name and methodology, the underlying value-engine logic, the text, design, and graphics, and the Excelstra name, logo, and marks, are owned by Excelstra or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Quiz for your own personal, non-commercial assessment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, frame, scrape, data-mine, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Quiz or its underlying logic without Excelstra's prior written permission.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Quiz, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation or security, introducing malicious code, scraping or harvesting data, or using it for any unlawful purpose or on behalf of anyone under 18.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Quiz may link to or rely on third-party websites, tools, or services that Excelstra does not control. Excelstra is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

14. Communications and Email Consent

When you submit your name and email, you consent to receive your Results and related communications from Excelstra at that address. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us. Transactional messages, such as delivery of your Results, may still be sent.

15. Changes to the Quiz and to these Terms

Excelstra may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Quiz, and may revise these Terms, at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Quiz will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Excelstra's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Excelstra regarding the Quiz, and supersede prior discussions. Sections that by their nature should survive, including Sections 3 through 11, will survive.
